Today, might just be the best day of my life. Today a patient requested for me to stay by her side as she waited for the 20 minutes of her acupuncture treatment to be up. From day 1 of her treatment, i found myself intrigued by her, drawn to her stories and her life.

And now, she is going through a really rough patch in her life and was all depressed and red-eyed. The only way i knew to comfort her was to talk to her abt other very frivolous stuff. She told my teacher she enjoyed talking to me :) because me being there is like a medicine for her, making her feel all better :) how sweet is that! That sounds like the nicest thing any patient has said of me!

For the first time in my life, i felt like i have finally made a difference in someone's life, and I like that feeling :)

I know, lots of smileys today, thats because i am genuinely happy :)
