Guess who is back?!

So i found out i have returned to a very different beijing. It doesnt feel like home anymore. It has gotten so cold and depressing since i left for shanghai, and i am once again reminded of why i didnt like the last winter - i forgot abt the cold shivers i had to endure during shower time (easily the one event i dun look forward to in a day), and the thick clothings i had to wear even in the comfort of my four walls.

That aside, Shanghai was AWESOME with a capital A!!! I am really glad i did that trip and i am so in love with the lifestyle i had fallen into. I met lots of cool pple, went to lots of cool places, and i am definitely missing shanghai now.

But why did no one tell me i had to dress up when i am there! Shanghainese are so mod and vogue and so out of the runway. I was that dorky-eyed ugly tourist, wearing that same one pair of jeans for 1 week (dont go judging me, coz this is a backpacking trip and i had limited bag space). Even my biker-chick, kick-ass leather jacket couldnt save me from my sorry state. But luckily not much proof of it, since i couldnt find anyone decent i can trust my camera with.
