Da Dong

The verdict is out. Having tried the peking duck from all over beijing, I hereby announce that Da Dong does it the best. Their roasted skin is crispier, tastier and juicier. The meat is more tender and has very little "duckie" taste. On top of that, Da dong has many other delectable dishes that surpass the duck's standard. Presented with a whole lot of choices, there is so much to enjoy other than the peking duck!

A treat with the girls

Lak Yi's last dinner in beijing
The freshest prawns i have tasted in a while
White Cabbage cooked in a novel way. With watercrest and i wonder what sauce. Yuuuummmy!
Duck on the chopping block
The many ways of eating the duck. Skin alone/ Skin with wrap/ Meat with puff blah blah
The various condiments to complement the roasted skinHow i like mine done: Skin with sugar!

Very bad recommendation by my sister. Just Tofu.
Ooo love this too! Crab meat, beans, with egg?
