Yes, i know this is long overdue. It has already been more than a week since i shifted in to my apartment. I am quite comfortably settled in. Surprisingly, I am loving this place! Its spacious and very modern, unlike some other estates round the corner. Its only a 15 minutes walk away from the hospital that i go to (very convenient), and we have like carrefour and "quan ju de" (peking duck restaurant) in our neighbourhood, so there is nothing much i can complain about. Some privileged few had a chance to view the apartment via video conferencing. To the rest who are still curious about my home away from home, I guess a pictorial guide would do as well.
We were all visibly shocked when the cab pulled up in front of these block of apartments. Me and chiao were screaming in the cab. We were not expecting marbled walls and green parks.
